After the age of 66 lead a pristine life, eat health food and keep Working both physically and mentally.

When you are over 77 keep active and eat simple food, lower the meds. After the age of 77 meds have to be tapered off. These meds may provide relief, but the long-term side effects cripple the ability to grow old gracefully.

After 88 reduce medicines further to that extent allowed by the doctor, but Live and Eat the way you want because you are coming closer to the Finish Line.
